**Erotic Sex Toys Return Information**

SP BoutiqueShop understand that sex toys are highly personal items, which is why we cannot accept returns on these products. However, many of our manufacturers, including Evolved, Lelo, California Exotic Novelties, and others, offer extensive warranties on their products. We strongly encourage you to register your eligible items with them to safeguard against any potential product failures covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please be aware that we do not facilitate exchanges for defective items. If you find a defect within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly replace it with the same item. To initiate this process, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. This RMA number must accompany your return for processing. When contacting us about a defect, please include:
- Your order number (located in the top right corner of your invoice or confirmation email)
- Your name
- A description of the defect
Once we receive the defective item at our warehouse, please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to us. Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will promptly ship a replacement item to you at no additional charge.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, it's crucial to include all original parts and packaging with the returned item—this includes batteries (if applicable), cords, controls, blank warranty cards, and instructions. Thank you for your understanding!
IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK!
If your item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and may also send a courtesy text, in the text we will simply provide your order# and remind you to check your email. In the email we will let you know that the item isn’t available and inform you about the possibility of a similar replacement. If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to the card used for the purchase. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and always strive to provide an alternative option whenever possible.
